Lisbon City Tour & Free Time

Start your day with a guided sightseeing tour of Lisbon, lasting about 2 hours. Discover the city of seven hills, famous for its cobbled alleys, iconic tiles, and unique charm. Highlights include Eduardo VII Park, Baixa Pombalina, Rossio, São Jorge Castle views, Alfama, Estrela Basilica, the Monument of the Discoveries, Belém Tower, and Jerónimos Monastery. The tour ends in the city center.

Enjoy your afternoon at leisure—consider taking the Glória Funicular to Bairro Alto and the São Pedro viewpoint. Optionally, join an excursion to Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril.

At 8:30 p.m., return transfer from Restauradores Square, known for its lively atmosphere and great cafes.

Lisbon to Madrid Journey – 620 km

Depart from Lisbon at 7:30 a.m., traveling through the scenic Alentejo region.

At 9:45 a.m., stop in Estremoz, a charming Portuguese town with a medieval castle, cobbled streets, and traditional architecture.

Continue the journey at 10:30 a.m., crossing into Spain through the rolling pastures of Extremadura.

Arrive in Cáceres at 1:30 p.m. (12:30 p.m. Portugal time) for lunch and time to explore its well-preserved medieval and Renaissance old town.

Depart Cáceres at 4:00 p.m. and arrive in Madrid by 8:00 p.m. with a transfer to Plaza Mayor, a lively area filled with restaurants and local charm.
