We recently returned from a holiday covering Vietnam and Cambodia, and the entire trip was arranged through JTR Holidays. We worked closely with their travel consultant, Mr. Ali, during the planning process, and we feel he did a very good job putting everything together for us.
 From the very beginning, Ali was responsive, patient, and helpful with all our questions. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in terms of experiences, comfort level, and hotel preferences, and created an itinerary that matched our expectations quite well.
 Throughout the journey, everything was well coordinated. Airport pickups and intercity transfers were smooth, with comfortable air-conditioned vehicles always arriving on time. The pacing of the itinerary was balanced, so we were able to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed.
 The local guides arranged in each city were knowledgeable and friendly, with good English communication skills. In Hanoi, the street food experience was a highlight, with the guide making it both fun and informative while also explaining local habits and daily life. In part of Phu Quoc, the guide had strong historical knowledge and shared insights that made the visit more meaningful. 
 Overall, JTR Holidays and Mr. Ali delivered a well-organized and smooth travel experience. We were initially unsure about booking everything through an overseas agent, but the entire process turned out to be reliable from start to finish. We would consider traveling with them again in the future.

We recently enjoyed a 9 nights / 10 days holiday to Central Vietnam and Phu Quoc Island arranged by JTR Holidays. We had a truly gold standard experience with this Vietnam and Phu Quoc holiday. Everything was very well planned and smoothly executed from start to finish, and the itinerary covered so many amazing highlights. We started with the Hanoi Full-Day City Tour, which was a great introduction to the culture and history of Vietnam. Then we continued from Hanoi to Halong/Lan Ha Bay, where the overnight cruise (with meals included) was one of the absolute highlights of the trip. From there, we flew to Danang and explored Hoi An, including the Water Coconut Village and the charming Hoi An Ancient Town—a really beautiful and peaceful experience. The trip to Ba Na Hills from Hoi An was also unforgettable with stunning views and fun attractions. Next, we traveled from Hoi An to Phu Quoc Island, which added a perfect beach escape to the journey. In Phu Quoc, the Cable Car and 3 Island Tour was a standout experience with beautiful island views and crystal-clear water. We also enjoyed a full day at Vin Wonders and Grand World Phu Quoc, which was fun, lively, and very well organized. Overall, the whole trip felt seamless, well-balanced, and truly premium. From city tours to cruises, mountains, and beaches—everything was handled perfectly.

We had a really great overall experience. The itinerary was nicely planned, giving us a good mix of Central Vietnam’s cultural spots with its historic towns and scenic places, and then a relaxing beach stay in Phu Quoc. The balance between sightseeing and free time made the whole trip very enjoyable and not rushed at all. Some of the best moments were exploring the old towns and local culture in Central Vietnam, and then just relaxing on the beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc with that island vibe. Transfers were smooth, hotels were comfortable, and everything went as planned without any stress. 10/10 Recomended
