Passenger requirements:
- Max. weight limit 110kg Max. height: 1.93m/6’4”to meet the performance limitations of the aircraft.
- Minimum age 12 years old.
- No medical limitations except no pregnant persons, or people who have had recent surgery. You must however, be able to declare that you have no physical or psychological conditions that will prohibit you from safely participating in the flight. Download a copy of the declaration of fitness here
- Clothing – comfortable or sportswear that can be worn under the flight suit. No Kandora or Dishdash due to the cockpit and safety harness design. Footwear, please

Key Details and Requirements:
- Launch Site: RAK International Airport
- Flight Timings: Daylight hours, departure on the hour, please refer to the calendar on our website for specific timings.
- Booking Window: Reservations can be made up to 48 hours before the weekday flight and 72 hours before the weekend flight – this is to allow us to apply the guest’s RAK Airport Entry Pass.
- Arrival Time: Passangers need to be there an hour before the scheduled flight. The staff will meet you at the gate will give you the entry pass and go through the security clearance.
- Guest Requirements: Please ensure the following information is provided for each guest:
- Complete Names, Religion, Email, Active Mobile Number and Weight.
- Document Requirements for RAK Airport Entry Pass:
- For Tourists: Passport Copy, Entry Stamp, Recent Passport Size Photos (Clear Scanned Copies)
- For Residents: Passport Copy, Emirates ID Copy, Recent Passport Size Photo, Visa Page Copy. (Clear Scanned Copies)
- Optional Photo and Video Package: Available at 290 AED.
Terms and Conditions:
- Aerobatic flights are a weather-dependent sport. Action Flight has the right to cancel operations due to unsuitable weather conditions.
- Your aerobatic flight ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, but confirmation of booking date must be made via our website.
- For aerobatic flights, Action Flight requires you to be at or below our height and weight requirements.
- Max. height: 1.93m/6’4”
- Max. weight: 110.0 kg/240 lbs
- You must be at least 12 years or older (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of your activity, have parental consent and must be capable of following pilot instructions and getting in and out of the aircraft unassisted.
- If you are 70 years old or older on the day you skydive, you must self-certify that you are physically able to undertake this activity.
- There must be no alcohol or drugs in your system 24 hours before a participate in your chosen activity.
- You should not scuba dive 24 hours before the date of your flight.
- Due to the fact the aerobatic aircraft will depart from RAK International Airport, YOU MUST BRING YOUR VALID PASSPORT.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PILOT IN CHARGE HAS THE FINAL ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO REFUSE TO PERMIT ANY PERSON IF IN HIS OPINION THAT PERSON MAY BE A DANGER TO THE FLIGHT, SUCH AS PEOPLE WHO FAILED OR WERE UNABLE TO FOLLOW SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS OR IF A PERSON IS PHYSICALY UNABLE TO PERFORM SAFETY PROTOCOLS (BRACE POSITION ETC).
Cancellation Policy:
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- If it's cancel due to operation or bad weather you will have the option to reschedule but cannot apply for refund.
- Flying is a weather dependant activity. We won’t fly in rain, fog, or wind.
- There can be other conditions that can affect the decision to fly or not to fly. Ultimately we abide by the local aviation authority’s decision whether to fly or not.
- If your flight is cancelled, you can re book at a convenient time, within the (12 month) valid period of your booking or voucher.

Sorry no. Apart from security clearance for all persons entering the airside/operational area, there is nothing your friends would be able to see, as the flight takes off quite a way from the hangar.
We won’t know the exact location of each aerobatic flight until the day and it is decided by Air traffic control. There is a possibility your flight may be seen from the RAK coast.
You can however purchase a video and image package and share your experience in detail.

Your ActionFlight Aerobatic experience takes off at RAK International Airport. Flights are conducted between 2000ft and 6000 ft in altitude usually along the Ras Al Khaimah coastline between Marjan Island, Cove Rotana, and Al Rams depending on Air Traffic Control instructions to the pilot.

Yes, we have multi-view cameras mounted on the aircraft, so you will get some amazing footage from multiple viewpoints if you order the optional video and image package.
The pilot needs to know the total weight of the pilot, passenger and aircraft because of the aircraft’s design specifications. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
