Adventure meets serenity at the Jais Sky Tour! Fly over the awe-inspiring cliffs and canyons of Jebel Jais, as you zip from platform to platform in this unique experience. Covering a total distance of 5km via a series of 7 ziplines, ranging from 337mts to just over 1km, and averaging speeds of 60kph, the Jais Sky Tour will give you a panoramic, bird’s eye view of the towering Hajar mountains. Navigate your way through the sky and find yourself at the UAE’s highest sky bridge, 1,250mts above the sea level and 300mts above the ground. Pause to capture this unique moment before you cross this 15mts bridge and continue the last part of your zipline journey. After an hour of soaring through the sky, we guarantee you will want to do it all over again!

The Adventure Begins

Your Jebel Jais experience starts with a 30km snaking drive to the top, a scenic experience for all drivers which is easily accessible by cars of all makes and models. Drive to the Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah Parking as indicated on your reservation confirmation. Upon arrival, you will see an Information Center, where a host will confirm the details of your reservation and will then take you to the Jebel Jais Adventure Center via a shuttle service. Adventure Center

Once you arrive to our Adventure Center, you will be cordially welcomed by our staff. You will receive a general briefing before finalizing with the registration process and once it is done, you will be kitted up to start the best adventure of your life. At the Adventure Center, you will be able to take a look around, visit our Gift Shop and enjoy a variety of snacks and refreshments.

Launching Platform

Next to the Adventure Center, a rustic path will take you to the starting point. Before starting, our certified professionals will provide a safety briefing.

The Flight

A total zipline length of 5 km via 7 ziplines connecting 9 platforms across the mountain will take you through and above the magic canyons of the Jebel Jais mountains. You will enjoy the complicity and harmony of nature whilst ziplining and hiking this magical spot.

Sky Bridge

Revel in the stunning mountain scenery as you take some steps over our hanging bridge anchored to the walls of the mountain located 1,250 mts above the sea level and 300 mts above the ground in a thrilling cliff. This daring feature will give you goosebumps and thrill your senses!

Meeting Point

You must arrive at the Toro Verde Ras Al Khaimah Parking 30 minutes before the time of your experience, as any delays will impact your experience. If you are delayed and miss the shuttle, this will be considered a ‘’No Show’’ and you will forfeit 100% of your payment in line with the Terms and Conditions.

• The camera is included in your experience. You can take home your video and share your zipline experience.

Requirements:

• Weight (kg): Min 40 - 100 Max (Please note that weather conditions may have an impact on your experience).
• Height (cm): Min 122.
• Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can do the tour on their own but will need to be accompanied and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian to do so.
• In good medical condition.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your activity's booking time (i.e. if you are booked for 9:30 am, please arrive at 9:00 am) at the Welcome Center (Map). Late arrivals will be considered as no show and you will forfeit 100% of your payment in line with our terms and conditions.
• You should wear typical athletic/sporty clothes (dresses, or skirts not allowed)
• You must wear sturdy trainers, running shoes, or completely closed-toe shoes with good grip (flip flops, reefs, sandals, high heels, or loose footwear not allowed).
• Not under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.

What to Wear / Bring

• You should wear typical athletic clothing
• Your clothes should be able to withstand the rough terrain.
• If your experience is in during the winter months, do bring a jacket as the mountain weather can be quite cold and windy
• Wear sturdy trainers or running shoes with good grip. No flip-flop or loose footwear is allowed.
• Use Sunblock at all times

Emirates ID or Passport Validation:

• Every Participant must bring their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.

• 1 person at any 1 time in each zipline in a classic sitting position

• Zipline Two 828 metres.
• Zipline Three 623 metres.

• The average speed of 60kph

• 2 to 3 hours (depending on the size of the group)

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change and where possible a booking amendment/cancellation shall be accommodated without charge or penalty.

• Individual bookings shall be entitled to cancel or make amendments up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the activity. You shall be entitled to 90% refund (10% administration fees) in the event of a cancellation under this clause.
• Group bookings of 6 to 15 people shall be entitled to cancel or make amendments up to 7 days prior to the activity. The Customer will be entitled to a 90% refund (10% administration fees) in the event of a cancellation under this subsection.
• Group bookings of 16 or more shall be entitled to cancel or make amendments up to 14 days prior to the activity. The Customer will be entitled to a 90% refund (10% administration fees) in the event of a cancellation under this sub-section.
• Following a group price offer, if there is a reduction in group size at any time prior to the activity, the booking will be re-priced accordingly and further charges may apply.
