The museum is open daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the last vessel boarding at 3:10 PM. During NSW school holidays, it opens earlier at 9:30 AM and closes at 5:00 PM, with the last boarding at 4:10 PM (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
For safety reasons, adults are not permitted to carry infants or children in arms on any vessels at the museum.
It's best to wear covered, flat, and comfortable shoes. High heels are not allowed on vessels, and open-toed shoes, sandals, or thongs are discouraged for your safety.
Children must be at least 90cm tall to board the HMB Endeavour replica, the submarine HMAS Onslow, and some visiting vessels. All kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult when boarding any vessel.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, so be sure to use them on the booked date and time.
