The desert safari usually starts between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM with pickup from Abu Dhabi hotels, and it lasts about 6 hours, ending around 9:00 PM (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
You can expect thrilling 4x4 dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, henna painting, and a traditional BBQ dinner along with Arabic tea, coffee, and dates.
Children aged 0 to 12 pay child rates, and baby seats are provided for kids under 4 years old as per UAE regulations. However, children under 3 years are not recommended to participate in dune bashing.
Pregnant women and guests with back or neck pain, major surgeries, heart issues, or other serious medical conditions are advised not to join the dune bashing part of the safari.
