Key Things to Know Before You Book:

• Our prices are inclusive of fuel charges and driver fees.
• For music Bluetooth/AUX will be available in the limousine, you can bring your own music to connect.
• You are permitted to bring your own soft beverages and snacks but not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks.
• Confirmation subject to availability. Please do check the availability via live chat or Whatsapp before online booking.
• We pick guests from Dubai Hotel and Residences, however, pick up from far areas like Expo City, Global Village Jabel Ali, Dubai Parks, Sports City, JVC, Golf City, Arabian ranches or other similar far area pickups will be subject to availability and additional charges.
• Airport Parking Charges apply if pickup from the airport. 
• Luggage is not allowed in the limousine.
• Supplement charges apply for the blackout date.
• Kindly note that according to the UAE government any alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the limo.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund, except (transfer charges will apply).
• Date Change/Reschedule can be done free of charge on 24-hour prior request, subject to availability.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no show will be 100% charged. 
• The refund amount will be credited back to the same card used for booking.
• In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the activity/tour may be canceled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the guest. In such cases, the tour/activity can be re-scheduled or a full refund will be processed.
