How To Redeem:

• Pickup counters at both Dubai International Airport and Abu Dhabi International Airport are open 24 hours daily.
• After booking you will receive the voucher and instruction for redemption of the voucher at the airport to collect your sim.

• The SIM card can only be purchased by travellers aged 18 years and above.
• Pickup counters at both Dubai International Airport and Abu Dhabi International Airport are open 24 hours daily.
• UAE regulations restrict the use of VoIP services, limiting communication options to text-based services like WhatsApp and Viber. Video and voice calling features within these apps are presently not allowed.
