Expect the whole experience to take about 4 to 5 hours, including hotel transfers, pre-flight briefings, the balloon flight lasting 40 to 60 minutes, and post-flight celebrations.
You can receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the flight (minus bank fees), 50% refund if canceled before 24 hours, and no refund if canceled less than 24 hours before or if you don’t show up.
