The experience includes hotel pick-up and drop-off within Dubai urban areas, a 40 to 70-minute balloon flight depending on weather, pre-flight refreshments, and an e-flight certificate to commemorate your adventure.
Participants must be 7 years or older, with children aged 7 to 11 allowed and adults 12+. The ride is not suitable for pregnant women, those over 80, or individuals with serious heart, back, or recent surgery issues.
Flights run during Dubai's cooler months, typically from mid-September to May, with rides scheduled at sunrise. Pick-up times range between 3:30 AM and 5:00 AM depending on the season and operator. (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking)
Expect the whole experience to take about 4 to 5 hours, including hotel transfers, pre-flight briefings, the balloon flight lasting 40 to 60 minutes, and post-flight celebrations.
You can receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the flight (minus bank fees), 50% refund if canceled before 24 hours, and no refund if canceled less than 24 hours before or if you don’t show up.
