Things To Know

  • Children below 7 years are no longer permitted to join the experience.
  • Guest details required upon booking: Each guest must provide their Passport number (for residents & visitors), along with their nationality, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
  • All guests aged 60 and above are required to sign a waiver along with the boarding pass prior to the flight.
  • To ensure safety and comfort, passengers at any stage of pregnancy are not permitted on this experience.
  • The hot air balloon flight route is subject to change or variation due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
  • The pilot in command will make every effort to provide passengers with a safe and enjoyable experience but reserves the right to modify the flight time, path, duration, or destination as deemed necessary. Passengers shall have no right to a refund or compensation for any changes made to the itinerary. 
  • All Tours are operated subject to weather and visibility conditions, operational, safety or security reasons/concerns, force majeure events, technical fault(s) in the aircraft or any other reason whatsoever or however arising beyond our reasonable control.
  • Due to civil aviation/maritime regulations, air traffic control restrictions, or other operational factors, tour routes may change.
  • The Supplier reserves the right to cancel or amend tour details without prior notice.
  • We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation, medical needs, or other travel related issues. Please note that we are not responsible for any costs or expenses you incur due to cancellation, delay, or changes to your flight or itinerary for any reason.

Safety

  • Your safety is our primary concern. All flights are dependent on weather and if for any reason the flight cannot be conducted safely, we reserve the right to cancel the flight. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or the flight will be rescheduled.

Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of, or in connection with, any defect in any vehicle or other form of conveyance, the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or carrying out arrangements for your tour, or by accident, strike, political unrest, acts of God or any other events beyond our control.

Acceptance of Risk

  • Hot air ballooning carries inherent risks, and by participating in a balloon flight, you are expressly assuming those risks.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 48 hours - 100% refund except (bank processing fee apply).
  • Cancellation before 24 hours - 50% refund (25% charge)
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours - No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)
  • Cancellation from our side due to technical snag/weather / ATC Permission – the company will
  • either reschedule or refund the amount within 10 – 15 working days

Participants must be 7 years or older, with children aged 7 to 11 allowed and adults 12+. The ride is not suitable for pregnant women, those over 80, or individuals with serious heart, back, or recent surgery issues.
Flights run during Dubai's cooler months, typically from mid-September to May, with rides scheduled at sunrise. Pick-up times range between 3:30 AM and 5:00 AM depending on the season and operator. (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking)
Expect the whole experience to take about 4 to 5 hours, including hotel transfers, pre-flight briefings, the balloon flight lasting 40 to 60 minutes, and post-flight celebrations.
You can receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the flight (minus bank fees), 50% refund if canceled before 24 hours, and no refund if canceled less than 24 hours before or if you don’t show up.
