Ski Dubai is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, with last tickets sold at 11:30 PM (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
You don’t need to bring snow gear as Ski Dubai provides jackets, trousers, socks, boots, and fleece gloves. Just wear comfortable clothes underneath and dress warmly for the indoor snowy environment.
Yes, children as young as 2 years old can enter. Kids from 2 to 8 years must be accompanied by an adult, and certain rides like the Snow Bullet require children to be over 8 years old, at least 125 cm tall, and over 30 kg.
Tickets are non-refundable once booked, and there is no option to reschedule or cancel on the same day of the event. Penguin encounters and lessons have a strict no cancellation and no reschedule policy.

Just Fun @ Ski Dubai

Ski Dubai was absolutely incredible. We really enjoyed our moments there especially the kids. The facilities were well organized, clean, and suitable for both beginners and families. Had a great time experiencing snowy fun in the middle of the desert :) It was truly a 5-star experience!

A must visit in this scorching heat

Ski Dubai was a great experience for me and my husband. Plus JTR HOLIDAYS gave us a great deal at reasonable cost. Although if you book through 3rd party they make you wait at the entrance but on spot ticket is overpriced so it's better to book through JTR holidays. Once you are inside the snow park it's worth the wait. Thank you for the amazing experience.
