Travel Documents:

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from travel date) and necessary visas for all countries included in the itinerary. JTR Holidays will assist with guidance, but visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassies.

Group Travel Notice:

All Europe packages are group-based tours operated the itinerary and timing may be subject to change depending on operational requirements.

Arrival & Departure Transfers:

Transfers are provided only on the first and last day of the tour as per the published schedule. Any deviations or early/late arrivals must be arranged separately at an additional cost.

Hotel Information:

Hotels listed in the itinerary are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar category accommodations. Rooms are generally based on standard check-in and check-out times.

Children & Infant Policy:

Children aged 0–2 years are generally considered infants and may not be assigned a separate seat or bed unless specified. Age limits and pricing for children vary by tour operator and destination.

Health & Fitness:

Europe tours often require moderate walking. Guests should ensure they are medically fit for travel. It is advised to carry any essential medication and inform us of any special medical needs in advance.

Amendments:

Any changes after confirmation (e.g., dates, passengers, or services) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Name corrections or passport details changes must be submitted at least 15 days prior to travel.

Itineraries may change based on operational, weather, or local conditions. JTR Holidays reserve the right to alter services for smooth operations without prior notice.

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the trip. Any damage to property, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in removal from the tour at the guest's own expense.

Day 1

Arrival Transfer - Prague

Welcome to Prague:

Arrival at Prague Airport and transfer to your hotel
Enjoy free time to relax or explore until the evening
6:00 p.m. – Meet your trip guide at the hotel
Evening transfer to Old Town Square, a vibrant area full of life and culture
Time for dinner at your choice of international restaurants (Czech, Chinese, Indian, Italian, and more)
Return transfer to the hotel after dinner

Important Notes:

Hotel check-in is typically from 2:00 p.m. Early check-in requires booking an extra night in advance
If you've booked extra nights, your room will be ready on arrival, but your guide will meet you only when scheduled activities begin
Look for an information sign at reception with your guide’s contact number and available assistance hours
Until then, enjoy free time at your own pace – hotel staff can help with local information
Itinerary timings are flexible and may be adjusted by the guide for a better experience

Day 2

Prague

7:45 a.m. – Start a 3.5-hour guided walking tour of Prague with a local expert
Visit the Castle District, including ancient churches, palaces, and panoramic views of the “City of 100 Spires”
Explore Malá Strana (Lesser Town) – Prague’s Baroque quarter
Walk across the iconic Charles Bridge, a masterpiece of architecture and sculpture
Enter the Old Town Square, home to the Church of Our Lady before Týn and the Astronomical Clock
Admission included to Prague Castle, dating back to the 9th century
After the tour, enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Vltava River
Afternoon at leisure to explore Prague on your own
Evening free time in the historic city center with dining options from various world cuisines.

Day 3

Prague - Munich - Innsbruck

07:30 a.m. – Depart from Prague, enjoying the scenic landscapes of Bohemia and Bavaria
12:45 p.m. – Arrive in Munich with free time to explore the historic center and have lunch
03:15 p.m. – Depart Munich and travel towards the Austrian Alps
05:45 p.m. – Arrive in Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, surrounded by Alpine mountains
Explore the Old Town and Golden Roof area in Innsbruck
Choose from various restaurants for dinner, including Indian, Chinese, and Italian options
Transfer to the hotel for overnight stay

Day 4

Innsbruck - Swarovski Crystal Museum - Kitzbühel - Salzburg

09:00 a.m. – Depart Innsbruck
09:30 a.m. – Visit Swarovski Crystal Museum, including gardens and museum tour
11:15 a.m. – Return to Innsbruck for free time to explore the historic city center
03:30 p.m. – Depart Innsbruck after lunch, driving through scenic mountain roads

07:00 p.m. – Transfer to Grinzing, a historic wine-growing district with traditional taverns

Departure
