• Infants: Children under 3 years of age will be considered as infants and will be granted free entry.
• Children: Those aged between 3 and 10 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate for entry.
• Adults: Children above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate for entry.

Good To Know Before You Book:

• Valid ID proof/Passport is required to be carried with you for entry.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and each ticket can only be used once.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• People of Determination are entitled to free admission upon presenting a valid ID proof.
• Feeding sessions can be observed on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 6:00 PM.

• If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, a 100% charge will apply.
