Child Adult Policy

  • Children aged between 2 to 10 require the ticket.
  • Children under 2 enter free.
  • Valid for Both Visitors and Residents.
  • Children under 13 need to be accompanied by an adult 18+ and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and will not be allowed to leave The Green Planet Dubai without their parent or guardian.

  • Open every weekend (Friday to Sunday)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Ticketing counter closes at 6:30 PM
  • Same timings apply during Eid holidays (26 May – 31 May)

Things To Know

  • Regular timings do not apply during “Camping in the Rainforest” activation (29 May 2026 – 1 November 2026)
  • Last entry is recommended before 6:30 PM due to ticketing closure
  • Arriving early is advised to fully enjoy the experience
