• The balloon can fly up to 300 meters depending on weather conditions.
• The Dubai Balloon Pilot reserves the right to adjust the flight capacity and the flight height due to adverse weather conditions.
• All minors under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult 18 years or older onboard the flight.
• Tickets are valid for a period of One year from the date of issue for one time usage.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation before 48 hours - 100% refund except (bank processing fee apply).
• Cancellation before 24 hours - 75% refund (25% charge)
• Cancellation less than 24 hours - No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)
• Cancellation from our side due to technical snag/weather / ATC Permission – the company will either reschedule or refund the amount within 10 – 15 working days
