• Children under 3 enter free.
• Entry tickets for children (under 3 years old) can be collected at Customer Service desk upon arrival at the venue.
• Entry Tickets to AYA are free of charge for People of Determination.

• Friday to Saturday: 10:00 am - 10:30 pm

• AYA Dubai First Floor, WAFI Mall Oud Metha Road - Umm Hurair 2 Dubai, UAE.
• AYA is located on first floor, at the top of the elevators of the grand atrium.

How to Get There: 

• By your own car or Taxi. You may park on-location using Carrefour Parking, or use the WAFI valet parking service.
• By Metro: The Metro Green line stops at Dubai Healthcare City Station which is a 6 min walk to WAFI City.
• You can also book our optional Private Two way Transfer at an additional cost. 
• The optional Private Two-way Transfer arrangement is only possible if your visiting time is after 12 or 24 hours.

Good To Know Before You Book:

• Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
• Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
• Free admission for people of Determination.
• Last entry 1 hour before closing of the venue.
• Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and will be free of cost.
• Children above age 3 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• Please be advised that AYA is a vibrant multimedia experience and may not be suitable for those sensitive to flashing lights, loud noises, and dark spaces.

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
