Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, except (3.8% bank Processing fee transfer apply).
  • 50% refund if cancellation before 24 hours.
  • No rescheduling, cancellation or refund for booking(s) made on the same day of the event.
  • For No Shows there will be No rescheduling and will be fully chargeable.
  • Rescheduling within the 24 hours you will pay AED 50.00 per person for the rescheduling fee over the counter

Booking is easy and done entirely online through this website. Simply select your preferred date and time, check availability, and secure your spot with a few clicks.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund (less a small processing fee). Cancelling 24 hours before gets you 50% back, but same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Wear comfortable clothing like athletic wear and closed-toe shoes. Flight gear including helmets and suits are provided, so there's no need to bring special equipment.
iFLY Dubai operates daily with sessions starting every hour from 12:00 PM until closing, which varies between 9:00 PM and midnight depending on the day and season (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking). Each session includes training and two flights.
