The waterpark is located near Sheikh Rashid Road in Dubai and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Visitors should follow swimwear guidelines and height and weight restrictions for safety. Life jackets are provided on-site, and personal life jackets are not allowed.
Please note that some attractions may close temporarily during severe weather, and no refunds are given for weather-related closures. Children aged 2 years and under enter free, and tickets must be used on the selected date without changes.

Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit to receive a refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Refund Processing Charges: Approximately 4% will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover payment gateway and refund transaction fees. These charges are not retained by JTR Holidays.
