Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit to receive a refund. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
