Child Adult Policy
- Children under 3 years of age AND below 1.1 metres in height enter FREE no ticket required
- Children aged 3 and above are charged at the standard adult fare (no separate child price)
- Height threshold: guests below 1.1m qualify for child consideration; guests 1.1m and above pay standard adult rate
- For Yas Island Multi-Park Passes (2, 3, 4 parks): height threshold is 1.3 metres for child qualification
- All guests under 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult at all times
- For the Yas Island 4-Park Pass: children aged 4–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested to verify a child's age at the entrance
- Infants and children must be included in the total participant headcount at time of booking
- Ladies Day (every Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM): boys aged 8 and under may accompany female guardians
Pickup Time Drop Off Time
- Without Transfer: This is a ticket-only product. Guests should reach Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi directly during park operating hours.
- With Shared Transfer, if selected: Pickup and drop-off timing will be confirmed after booking based on your hotel location and selected transfer option.
- Pickup time may vary depending on location, traffic and route scheduling.
- Guests must be ready at the hotel lobby or pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
- Drop-off will be arranged after park visit as per the shared transfer schedule.

- All Yas Waterworld tickets purchased through JTR Holidays are non refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged after the time of purchase.
- No shows and unused tickets will not be eligible for a full or partial refund under any circumstances.
- All tickets are open dated and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase giving you complete flexibility to choose your visit date at any time within this period.
- You do not need to specify your visit date at time of booking. Simply use your e ticket on any day that suits you within the 6 month validity window.
For Yas Island Multi Park Passes (2, 3, or 4 parks): your second (and subsequent) park visits must take place within 6 consecutive calendar days from the date of your first park entry. - In the rare event that Yas Waterworld is temporarily closed due to extreme weather, force majeure, or an unforeseen emergency on your intended visit date, please contact JTR Holidays via WhatsApp immediately. We will assist in finding the best available resolution.
