Things To Know Before You Book

• International guests are required to present their passport upon admission.
• All ticket holders are recommended to make online reservations prior to their visit.
• A complimentary shuttle bus service between Ocean Park and Water World is available for Water World admission ticket holders. Guests may get on the shuttle bus from the Ocean Park Public Bus Interchange located near the Ocean Park entrance.

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
• Tickets must be used as per the booking date and time.
