Terms & Conditions:

• The hot air balloon flight route is subject to change or variation due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
• The pilot-in-command will make every effort to provide passengers with a safe and enjoyable experience but reserves the right to modify the flight time, path, duration, or destination as deemed necessary. Passengers shall have no right to a refund or compensation for any changes made to the itinerary. 
• All Tours are operated subject to weather and visibility conditions, operational, safety or security reasons/concerns, force majeure events, technical fault(s) in the aircraft or any other reason whatsoever or however arising beyond our reasonable control.
• Due to civil aviation/maritime regulations, air traffic control restrictions, or other operational factors, tour routes may change.
• The Supplier reserves the right to cancel or amend tour details without prior notice.
• In the event of cancellation by the Supplier only, the Supplier will endeavor to contact the Agent and/or customers in advance using the contact details provided by the Agent at time of booking. Customers will be offered an alternative Tour or if that is not possible, a refund will be made provided that payment has already been received by the 
• Travel Insurance
• We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation, medical needs, or other travel-related issues. Please note that we are not responsible for any costs or expenses you incur due to cancellation, delay, or changes to your flight or itinerary for any reason.
• Safety
• Your safety is our primary concern. All flights are dependent on weather and if for any reason the flight cannot be conducted safely, we reserve the right to cancel the flight. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or the flight will be rescheduled.
• Liability
• We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of, or in connection with, any defect in any vehicle or other form of conveyance, the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or carrying out arrangements for your tour, or by accident, strike, political unrest, acts of God or any other events beyond our control.
• Acceptance of Risk
• Hot air ballooning carries inherent risks, and by participating in a balloon flight, you are expressly assuming those risks.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation before 48 hours - 100% refund except (bank processing fee apply).
• Cancellation before 24 hours - 50% refund (25% charge)
• Cancellation less than 24 hours - No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)
• Cancellation from our side due to technical snag/weather / ATC Permission – the company will
• either reschedule or refund the amount within 10 – 15 working days
