Great deal on hunter valley wildlife park
The whole booking process was easy and smooth. I experienced a minor technical glitch while adding tickets to the cart, but the issue was resolved quickly after contacting customer care. The support team was very responsive, helpful. Overall, a great customer service experience.

Amazing experience

I accidentally booked tickets for 4th October, but our visit was planned for 14th October. JTR Holidays informed me that the voucher has open dates, so we could easily use it on the correct day.
