I was initially unsure about booking through this website, but I'm so glad I gave it a try! The experience exceeded my expectations, and I saved $80 by purchasing my tickets through JTR Holidays. I'll definitely book with them again!

We especially loved the koalas and kangaroos. We did get a bit lost at times and only realised mid way through our day that the colours on the map corresponded with the sign markings. Would have been good to have been explained at the ticket office as the map colours aren't easy to see. Also, would be good to get on the trains at each side of the track, as we often couldn't get on because of this.

Great day out for family. The Madagascan lemurs and red pandas were a highlight. 10/10 will be going again

We saved $40 for two adults for this booking, and found it very easy to book through them!

We spent over 6 hours exploring this delightful wildlife sanctuary beginning with feeding the lorikeets at 8:00am. You can access this special experience without admission to the sanctuary which opens at 9:00am simply by making a donation and receiving your plate of nectar. At one stage I had 7 lorikeets feeding from my plate! Kids and adults alike love this! The sanctuary itself is well laid out with plenty of shade, great facilities and is well sign-posted. A timetable allows for many opportunities to attend keeper talks, learn interesting information, view feeding and up close encounters with the animals. We particularly enjoyed the pelican & eel talk and the predatory bird flight show. You can wander through the expansive kangaroo habitat and pet them under the supervision of friendly volunteers. There are several eating options from cafes and kiosks to the Homestead restaurant where you can dine inside or out with delicious food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed the flathead fillets and chips with a delicious wattleseed damper & fig jam. It is worth a wander through the rainforest of the ‘Lost Valley, featuring prehistoric life and some non-native Australian species such as the red panda and entertaining lemurs amongst others. We topped off an interesting and relaxing day out with a gelato. We pre-booked tickets in a very easy process through JTR Holidays.

Amazing place to visit and smooth booking experience with JTR Holidays

We arrived at 11 AM and stayed until closing, which gave us more than enough time to fully enjoy the experience. We saw plenty of koalas, and the chance to pet kangaroos and take photos with them made it truly unforgettable. The place is very family friendly and safe, well-organised, and set in a beautiful natural environment with a calm, relaxed atmosphere. In hindsight, arriving earlier would have allowed us to enjoy even more, and this was something well highlighted by JTR Holidays in their recommendations. Their guidance really helped us make the most of our visit. We visited with family and had a fantastic time; both adults and kids were entertained throughout. It’s one of the most interactive zoos we’ve experienced, with animals freely roaming and creating a unique, engaging atmosphere. Highly recommended for families!

The zoo is better than I expected, it is not just Australian animals, also include some other interesting an animals from the world that I have never seen before. It also have free shows and tours. The booking site JTR was easy to book ( I booked the ticket at same day, and worked) with discount entry tickets. Overall it still worth a visit if you like animal or young kids!

Booking tickets beforehand helped us skip long queues, and the 8–9 AM lorikeet feeding was definitely a highlight. , must-visit and very well-managed park. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the park is a great size for both adults and kids; we spent around 4 hours there comfortably. Highly recommended
