  • Participants below 180cm in height must weigh 105kg or lighter; those above 180cm must weigh 115kg or lighter.
  • Expectant mothers, individuals with previous shoulder dislocations, those in hard casts, or under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to participate. 
  • Participants with past neck, back, or shoulder issues should consult a doctor before flying.
  • Every participant must sign the iFly Declaration of Risk before flying.
  • No prior experience is needed; this activity is safe for beginners.

  • Participants are not allowed to wear a hard cast during the activity.
  • Participants can wear their own glasses, and large goggles that fit over them are available for use.
  • Prior to the flying experience, participants must remove any loose accessories (such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches) and clear their pockets.

Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • Tickets must be used as per the booking date and timeslot.
  • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
