The Berlin Dungeon is open daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with last admission at 3:00 PM. Note that it is closed on December 24th and hours may vary seasonally (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
Children under 8 are not allowed, and those under 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over. The attraction is not recommended for children under 10 due to its scary and immersive nature.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant guests or those with heart, blood pressure, neck/back, mobility issues, or pacemakers. Also, the optional Drop Ride requires a height between 140-195 cm and weight under 100 kg, with the ability to board and exit independently.
