  • Dubai International Airport Terminal 1:  Location: Arrival Hall (After Customs Exit, walk towards the meeting point area. You will immediately see the shop, the 5th to your left, opposite Costa Coffee. You will see the kitmytrip)
  • Dubai International Airport Terminal 3: Location: Arrival Hall (As you walk out of the Customs Exit,walk towards the meeting point area. Take a left towards the car rental shops. You will see the kitmytrip)
  • Valid for 4 days from selected date of visit.
  • A refundable security deposit amount of $70 (AED 250) will be collected at the time of redemption.
  • Only 1 Wi-Fi device can be issued per passport.
  • Keep your Passport & Visa (if required to travel) ready with you for WiFi service activation.
  • Passport Holder must be present during the time of service activation.
  • The Pocket Wifi can only be purchased by travellers aged 18 years and above.
  • Pickup counters at Dubai International Airport and open 24 hours daily.
  • UAE regulations restrict the use of VoIP services, limiting communication options to text-based services like WhatsApp and Viber.
  • Video and voice calling features within these apps are presently not allowed.

How To Redeem

  • Pickup counters a Dubai International Airport Terminal 01 and Terminal 03.
  • After booking you will receive the voucher and instruction for redemption of the voucher at the airport to collect your Pocket WiFi.
