Get your tickets online ahead of time and arrive as soon as the museum opens — you’ll have more time to explore before it gets busy. Don’t forget to scan the QR code for digital guides and pick up the free paper maps. My kids especially loved the fun kiddie map! A great experience for the whole family.

MoMA is a beautiful and inspiring experience! I highly recommend getting tickets in advance, as it makes entry much faster. Inside, there are plenty of shops to explore, including a large MoMA Store right across the street. The museum also provides hearing aids and interactive tools for children and visitors who need them, making it accessible and engaging for everyone. The map is clear, the floor layouts are easy to follow, and the staff on every level are friendly, helpful, and dedicated to creating the best possible experience.

In my opinion, there’s perhaps a little too much Picasso and only one Mark Chagall — though it is an exceptionally beautiful piece. Still, MoMA remains one of my absolute favorite museums in the U.S., and possibly even in the world. The collection is outstanding, the atmosphere inspiring, and it’s a place I would totally recommend to any tourist and, of course, to New Yorkers themselves.

Located in Midtown Manhattan, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) is one of the most influential modern and contemporary art museums in the world. Its collection is both iconic and expansive, featuring masterpieces by Van Gogh, Picasso, Warhol, Matisse, Kahlo, and many others. The museum itself is sleek and easy to navigate, offering a serene sculpture garden, a thoughtfully curated bookstore, and a café for a relaxing pause. The atmosphere is lively yet focused, attracting everyone from passionate art lovers to curious first-time visitors. Whether you’re deeply into modern art or simply looking for a cultural stop in Midtown, MoMA is an inspiring, thought-provoking, and visually striking experience not to be missed. Had a wonderful time at MoMA! It was incredible to see iconic works by Monet, Picasso, Van Gogh, and so many other masters all in one place. The atmosphere was calm, inspiring, and perfect for spending quality time. I also appreciated the small conveniences, like being able to charge our phones during the visit. A must-see for anyone who loves art or simply wants to experience something unforgettable in New York.

I was really impressed by MoMA. I’m not usually into modern or contemporary art, but the quality and breadth of the collection completely won me over. The 1880–1940s section was perfection for me — I didn’t expect to see so much early work, and the massive Monets from his later period were breathtaking. The rest of the galleries were equally impressive, with so many truly iconic pieces on display. My only small criticism is that it can get very crowded, which at times felt uncomfortable. Still, the experience was incredible and absolutely worth it.

MoMA is a quintessential Manhattan experience and an absolute must-see. What I love most is the variety — if one piece doesn’t speak to you, the next one surely will. Exhibits rotate regularly, with spring and fall often bringing major new unveilings. While weekends can get crowded, midweek visits are perfect for enjoying the museum at a calmer pace. Always inspiring, always unique.

The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) is absolutely worth a visit — fun, interesting, and at times even extravagant. You’ll find world-class masterpieces by Van Gogh, Monet, Manet, Gauguin, Dalí, and many more, making the trip unforgettable. At the same time, much of the collection highlights bold modern art, which can feel abstract or even puzzling at times — from bolts and bearings to pots and shovels. With five full floors to explore, there’s something here for everyone, whether you’re drawn to timeless classics or curious about modern creativity.

One of the most inspiring places to spend a few hours surrounded by creativity! The Museum of Modern Art offers a collection that ranges from timeless masterpieces to bold, thought-provoking modern works. Every corner feels visually striking or emotionally moving, and the layout makes it simple to navigate. I visited on a weekday, and the wait time was under 10 minutes. Reservations are definitely recommended, as there’s so much to see. A perfect spot to escape the noise and recharge with artistic energy.

This museum is an absolute gem, brilliantly located and filled with treasures that could keep you engaged for hours on end. I highly recommend grabbing a coffee and snack beforehand, because once inside, time flies. Every floor offers so much to see that even a full day doesn’t feel enough if you’re an art enthusiast. It’s inspiring, overwhelming in the best way, and truly a must-visit experience in New York.
