Participants must be at least 10 years old to join, including both adults and children aged 10-15. It’s not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with certain medical conditions.
Meet at the Explore Booking Kiosk in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled, so please make sure to select your preferred date and time carefully when booking.
You’ll have the chance to steer the helm or help with the sails under expert guidance, or simply relax and enjoy spectacular views of Auckland’s skyline while learning about the race yacht and sailing techniques.
No prior sailing experience is necessary, and participation in actively sailing the boat is optional. You can simply sit back and enjoy the ride if preferred.
During summer (November to March), there are departures at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM; in winter (April to October), there is one departure at 1:00 PM. Each sailing lasts about 2 hours (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
