Things To Know
- Allow at least 45 minutes to 1 hour to walk through the whole venue
- Live educational talks: daily at 12:00, meeting in front of the North American Striped Skunk and Egyptian Fruit Bat exhibits (3rd floor)
- Lorikeet Landing (payable on site): 10:00-11:00, 11:30-12:30, 13:00-14:00 and 14:30-16:30, meeting at the Main Aviary
- The last lorikeet feeding ticket is sold at 15:30
- Parrot encounters (payable on site): one ticket allows one person to hold a parrot
- Parrot encounters are for ages 5+ and subject to availability
- Parrots participate by choice and the type of parrot is not guaranteed
- Allergy notice: Bird Kingdom is not a peanut or nut-free facility
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, except service animals with valid identification
- Only service dogs are permitted on site, due to the free-flight facilities and bird sensitivity
- Service dogs are kept in a crate in a monitored area during the visit, and visitors are encouraged to bring their own crate for the dog's comfort
- This activity is wheelchair accessible
