  • Please refer to the cancellation policy and cancellation deadline displayed on the individual tour/activity page at the time of booking, as terms may vary by product.
  • Free cancellation/refund is only available when the cancellation request is received within the stated cancellation period. Cancellations received after this deadline may be non-refundable.
  • If the operator fails to provide the service, a 100% full refund will be issued, and JTR Holidays will bear the bank processing fee for the cancellation.
  • If the customer initiates the cancellation, a bank processing fee of 4% will apply.
