Things To Know
- Wear comfortable walking shoes and casual clothing suitable for outdoor activity
- The Blue Mountains can be significantly cooler than Sydney bring a warm jacket, especially in winter and early morning
- Bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen
- Strollers are not permitted on the Scenic Railway due to steep gradients; pram parking is available in the main building
- The Scenic Skyway and Cableway are wheelchair accessible; the Scenic Railway is not
- Intoxicated visitors may be refused entry with no refund
- Alcohol is not permitted on rides or in the attraction
- Arrive early during school holidays and peak periods sessions can sell out and queues can be long
- Food and drinks are available for purchase on site; you may bring your own food to eat at the designated picnic area only

How To Get There
- Go to Central Station, Western Forecourt (Coach Bay 8) and arrive between 7:45–7:55 AM
- Or go to Furama Hotel Darling Harbour (ex Holiday Inn) and arrive between 8:00–8:10 AM
- You must arrange your own transport to one of these pickup points
- Use train, bus, taxi, or rideshare (Uber/Careem) to reach the meeting location
- Central Station is a major transport hub, easily accessible by train from most parts of Sydney
- Make sure to arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to avoid missing the tour

- Free cancellation/refund is only available when the cancellation request is received within the stated cancellation period. Cancellations received after this deadline may be non-refundable.
- If the operator fails to provide the service, a 100% full refund will be issued, and JTR Holidays will bear the bank processing fee for the cancellation.
- If the customer initiates the cancellation, a bank processing fee of 4% will apply.
