Terrible experience

Purchased 3 tickets for Sea Life Sydney instead of Sea Life Melbourne by accident. It was an innocent mistake which I raised immediately. JTR refused to transfer or refund the tickets, firstly as it was against their policy, and secondly because they had already purchased the tickets from the aquarium so were out of pocket. However, Sea Life Sydney said although they usually try and help, they never recieved any booking from JTR, even after receiving the tickets and barcodes. Although responses were polite, there was no resolution, I lost all my money and was left feeling very disappointed.

Sydney Sea Life aquarium

It was super easy to book online and tickets came through within the next few minutes. It was a great deal especially for the price it is on JTR Holiday. Even though Sydney Sea life looks small on the outside there was so much inside!! Definitely worth a visit with or without kids.
