Ticket & Admission Guidelines:

• The tickets for both parks last for more than 30 days. This means you can go to the park on two different days. You don't have to go to both parks on the same day.
• The tickets validity will be mentioned on the tickets. Make sure to go to the parks before the tickets expire.

Age Policy:

• Ski Dubai
  • Guests below 2 years is not allowed and 2 years & above need a valid ticket.
  • Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult of 16 years or above.
• AYA Universe
  • Children under 3 enter free.
  • Entry tickets for children (under 3 years old) can be collected at Customer Service desk upon arrival at the venue.
  • Entry Tickets to AYA are free of charge for People of Determination. 

Validity:

• The minimum duration of validity is 1-3 months, allowing for usage on different days one time.
