Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort with 22,500 square meters of the indoor ski area. The Snow Park is located in the Mall of the Emirates. It is the Middle East’s first indoor ski resort, Ski Dubai, Snow Park. A perfect place for fun with your friends and family in the world's largest indoor snow park houses an amazing 3,000 square meters of snow.

Strap on your snow boots and experience Twin Track Bobsled runs, a Snow Cavern filled with interactive experiences, and Tobogganing hills. Head one down to the upgrade station for an exhilarating ride on the Giant Ball or jump on the chairlift for a one-of-a-kind bird's eye view of the entire park.

The Ski Dubai Snow Park has an amazing mountain-themed wintery setting where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, take part in many snow events and meet and play with Ski Dubai's newest residents; the Snow Penguins.

Avalanche Cafe
Located on the ski slopes and can be reached either by hiking up or taking the chairlift. Enjoy the Alpine themes and vistas offered by this unique location. Warm yourself in minus 4 degrees with the world-famous Avalanche hot chocolate.

Snow Bullet
Ever want to fly down a hillside with nothing but snow and skiers underneath you? With the world’s first indoor sub-zero Zip Line, you can! The Snow Bullet will let you soar as high as 16 meters above slopes, along with an adrenaline-pumping 150 meters long Zip Line.

Admission Policy Snow Park/Snow Penguin:

• The minimum age to enter Ski Dubai is 2 years old. 
• Children from 2 to 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and the price will be the same.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above 8 years, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kgs in weight.
• Adults should not weigh more than 120 kgs

• You can also book our optional Private Two way Transfer at an additional cost. 
• The optional Private Two-way Transfer arrangement is only possible if your visiting time is after 12 or 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
• Cancellation charges are applicable subject to activity.
• No rescheduling, cancellation or refund for booking made on the same day of the event.
• Booking canceled or not attended; in particular for lessons and penguin encounters have no cancellation, no reschedule or refund.
• Reschedule within 24 hours, guest will have to pay reschedule fee per person over the counter at SKI Dubai.
