Travel Documents:

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from travel date) and necessary visas for all countries included in the itinerary. JTR Holidays will assist with guidance, but visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassies.

Arrival & Departure Transfers:

Transfers are provided only on the first and last day of the tour as per the published schedule. Any deviations or early/late arrivals must be arranged separately at an additional cost.

Hotel Information:

Hotels listed in the itinerary are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar category accommodations. Rooms are generally based on standard check-in and check-out times.

Children & Infant Policy:

Children aged 0–2 years are generally considered infants and may not be assigned a separate seat or bed unless specified. Age limits and pricing for children vary by tour operator and destination.

Day 1

Arrival Transfer - Welcome to Switzerland

Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel and have free time to relax.
Tour information will be posted at the hotel reception in the afternoon.
Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 p.m. If you need early check-in, consider booking an extra night.
If you’ve booked additional nights, your room will be ready, but guided activities begin later. Staff contact info will be posted at reception.
Optional activities may be offered by your guide. To secure your spot, book early via the Europamundo app or "My Trip" link.
Itinerary times are approximate and may be adjusted by your guide for the best experience.

Day 2

Zurich - Bern - Glacier 3000 - Chillon - Geneva

Distance Covered: 361 km with stunning alpine scenery, charming villages, and Lake Geneva views.
08:00 a.m. – Depart from Zurich, heading toward Bern.
10:00 a.m. – Arrive in Bern. Enjoy panoramic views from the Rose Garden and free time in the old town.
11:30 a.m. – Leave Bern and drive through scenic alpine roads toward Gstaad.
01:30 p.m. – Arrive at Glacier 3000. Take a cable car (ticket included) to snowy peaks with incredible views and optional walk on the suspension bridge. Lunch included.
04:30 p.m. – Depart for Lake Geneva region.
05:15 p.m. – Visit Chillon Castle (entry included), a medieval castle on the lake.
06:15 p.m. – Continue along the lake, passing through Montreux.
07:45 p.m. – Arrive at the hotel near Geneva.

Day 3

Geneva - Lousanne - Gruyeres - Fribourg

Total Distance: 155 km with scenic views of Lake Geneva, vineyards, and snow-capped mountains.
Morning: Panoramic tour of Geneva, visiting the United Nations (Palais des Nations), English Garden with the flower clock, and the Jet d’Eau fountain. Free time to explore and enjoy lunch.
12:45 p.m.: Depart Geneva, traveling along Lake Geneva’s shore.
01:45 p.m.: Arrive in Lausanne. Stop at the Olympic Park by the lake, home of the International Olympic Committee.
02:30 p.m.: Depart Lausanne.
03:30 p.m.: Arrive in Gruyères. Explore the charming medieval town and visit the Cailler Chocolate Factory with tasting included.
06:00 p.m.: Depart Gruyères.
06:45 p.m.: Arrive in Fribourg for overnight stay.

Day 4

Fribourg – Interlaken – Aareschlucht – Gandria – Lugano – Chiasso

Total Distance: 309 km through stunning alpine scenery with snowy peaks and lakes.
08:00 a.m.: Depart Fribourg via scenic Bernese countryside. Photo stop at Schwarzenburg Castle or a lake viewpoint.
09:30 a.m.: Stop in Interlaken for a short walk between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz.
10:30 a.m.: Depart Interlaken.
11:15 a.m.: Arrive at Aare Gorge. Entry and lunch included. Walk through dramatic limestone gorge.
01:00 p.m.: Depart Aare Gorge. Travel through Susten Pass (if open) with glacier views. Continue via Gotthard Tunnel.

Chiasso - Bellinzona - Altdorf - Lucerne - Zurich

Total Distance: 265 km with beautiful lake and mountain views.
08:30 a.m.: Depart from Chiasso after breakfast.
09:30 a.m.: Free time in Bellinzona to explore its UNESCO-listed medieval castles.
10:30 a.m.: Depart for German-speaking Switzerland via Gotthard Pass, with a scenic photo stop.
12:45 p.m.: Arrive in Altdorf, birthplace of William Tell. Free time and lunch break.
02:00 p.m.: Depart Altdorf.
02:45 p.m.: Arrive in Lucerne. Visit Kapellbrücke, Lion Monument, Jesuit Church, and explore the old town.
06:30 p.m.: Depart Lucerne.
