  • Each guest must provide their Passport number (for residents & visitors), along with their nationality, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
  • All guests aged 60 and above are required to sign a waiver along with the boarding pass prior to the flight.
  • To ensure safety and comfort, passengers at any stage of pregnancy are not permitted on this experience
  • This activity operates annually from October 1st to April 30th and is not available during the summer months due to high temperatures.
  • Please check availability with us before booking. A minimum of 3 hours' notice is required for online bookings. For last minute inquiries, contact our office directly.
  • Pickup is not available from private residences unless you've booked a private car. In such cases, pickup can be arranged from the nearest hotel.
  • Shared vehicles can accommodate up to 10 guests. For private car bookings, please select the number of vehicles required.
  • Due to health concerns, the wildlife drive is not recommended for pregnant guests in their third trimester.
  • Camel rides take place after dark in a lit area near the camp for safety. These are short rides. For longer experiences, see our Camel Desert Safari.
  • Room Allocation: Each room sleeps up to 5 people. Rooms are assigned per booking unless otherwise requested. For specific room needs, contact our Experience Consultants.
  • Single occupancy rooms carry an extra 450 AED fee.
  • To maintain a peaceful environment, we limit the number of guests to 75–100 in our spacious camp.
  • The camp is eco friendly and solar powered. Power is switched off from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Flashlights are provided.
  • No air conditioning or heating is available, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed and bedding.
  • Shared bathroom facilities are available, but showers are not provided.
  • Insects may occasionally be present as part of the desert ecosystem. We perform regular pest control while preserving the natural environment.
  • If you've booked a shared vehicle, you may bring one small overnight bag (max 50cm height). For larger luggage with private vehicles, call us at +971 55 933 8858
  • Pickup time confirmation will be sent to your email or phone by 1:00 PM on the day of your safari.
  • We will inform you of the exact pick up time around noon on the day of your desert safari.
  • Round trip hotel transfers in an air conditioned vehicle pickup from hotels only. 
  •  Nature drive through the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve in a legendary 1950s Land Rover.

Le safari dure environ 22 heures, se terminant le lendemain matin après le petit-déjeuner et le vol en montgolfière (sous réserve de modification — veuillez confirmer au moment de la réservation).
L'activité convient aux adultes et aux enfants à partir de 7 ans, mais les enfants de moins de 7 ans ne sont pas admis. Les femmes enceintes ne peuvent pas non plus participer, et les invités âgés de plus de 60 ans doivent signer une décharge avant le vol pour des raisons de sécurité.
Portez des vêtements confortables avec des chaussures fermées et apportez une veste légère pour les mois plus frais. Apportez également votre passeport ou pièce d'identité car ils sont requis pour la réservation et l'enregistrement.
