Your journey begins with a 60 minute nature safari, where you’ll explore the stunning desert landscape and watch a beautiful sunset falcon show. Afterward, take a short camel ride around the traditional camp, then enjoy a delicious four course Arabic dinner under the stars. Relax with shisha and enjoy live cultural entertainment, including traditional drumming and Yola dances. Spend the night in a comfortable desert retreat, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the dunes. In the early morning, take to the skies on a breathtaking hot air balloon ride, watching the sun rise over the vast desert for an experience you’ll never forget. Once you land, you’ll be taken to a Royal Desert Retreat an exclusive location only accessible through Hero Balloon Flights. There, enjoy a gourmet breakfast crafted by Michelin starred chefs, inspired by the elements of air, earth, fire, and water. After a final short camel ride, you’ll return to Dubai. This 5 hour experience combines culture, adventure, and luxury in the heart of the desert.

Each guest must provide their Passport number (for residents & visitors), along with their nationality, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
All guests aged 60 and above are required to sign a waiver along with the boarding pass prior to the flight.
To ensure safety and comfort, passengers at any stage of pregnancy are not permitted on this experience
This activity operates annually from October 1st to April 30th and is not available during the summer months due to high temperatures.

Pickup is not available from private residences unless you've booked a private car. In such cases, pickup can be arranged from the nearest hotel.
Shared vehicles can accommodate up to 10 guests. For private car bookings, please select the number of vehicles required.
Due to health concerns, the wildlife drive is not recommended for pregnant guests in their third trimester.
Camel rides take place after dark in a lit area near the camp for safety. These are short rides. For longer experiences, see our Camel Desert Safari.
Room Allocation: Each room sleeps up to 5 people. Rooms are assigned per booking unless otherwise requested. For specific room needs, contact our Experience Consultants.
Single occupancy rooms carry an extra 450 AED fee.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we limit the number of guests to 75–100 in our spacious camp.
The camp is eco friendly and solar powered. Power is switched off from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Flashlights are provided.
No air conditioning or heating is available, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed and bedding.
Shared bathroom facilities are available, but showers are not provided.
Insects may occasionally be present as part of the desert ecosystem. We perform regular pest control while preserving the natural environment.

Pickup time confirmation will be sent to your email or phone by 1:00 PM on the day of your safari.
We will inform you of the exact pick up time around noon on the day of your desert safari.
