VR Park Dubai is one of the world's Ultimate VR Park, located on level 2 in Dubai Mall. This is the world’s largest indoor, virtual reality park for fun, family entertainment. Choose from more than 30 exhilarating experiences to challenge reality. It's a fun place for both adults and children who can play games and enjoy different experiences. 

Set across two levels, Play DXB offers experiences to suit all ages and interests, including adrenalin, skill, adventure and more, as well as multi-player experiences.

• AED 275 credit to be used in any experience of VR park.

Exclusions: 

• Note: F&B & Arcade games are not included in this ticket.
• Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at VR Park and which is non-negotiable.

Important information:

• The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B not included.
• Valid for Both Visitors and Residents.
• You can access each ride only once on VR parks (Repetition not allowed).
• Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at VR Park and which is non-negotiable.
• Standard age, height, and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
• The minimum height for Adult should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120 cm.
• Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit. 
• The operator may deny entry to children traveling alone for safety concerns, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.

Opening Hours:

• Monday to Thursday - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Friday & Sunday - 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

How to Get There: 

• You can reach there via Metro, Taxi or your own car.
• You can also book our optional Private Two way Transfer at an additional cost. 
• The optional Private Two-way Transfer arrangement is only possible if your visiting time is after 12 or 24 hours.
• Dubai Metro: To reach the mall via the metro, get off at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall stop and then take the available bus service to reach the mall directly or walk to the mall along the Metro Link Bridge that offers beautiful views of Downtown Dubai.

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
• Dated Tickets and must use the tickets on the selected date.
