The water park is open Monday, Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and school holidays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays except during Malaysian school holidays, public holidays, and Malacca state holidays (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
Children who are 90 cm or shorter can enter the water park for free. All other visitors, including children over 90 cm, need to purchase a ticket.
Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult for safety. Seniors aged 55 and above have a separate ticket rate. The park is family-friendly but may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the water park. Dangerous items like bottles, firecrackers, and lasers are prohibited, and pets are not permitted.
No, re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue, so plan your visit accordingly.
