Not Suitable For

  • Pregnant guests: To ensure safety and comfort, passengers at any stage of pregnancy are not permitted on this experience.
  • Children under Seven years old and individuals over 80 years old will not be permitted to fly.
  • Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.
  • This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee problems, back issues, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights.

  • Passengers with weight over 120kg will be charged double the ticket price

Things To Know

  • Guest details required upon booking: Each guest must provide their Passport number (for residents & visitors), along with their nationality, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
  • Guests over 60 years old: All guests aged 60 and above are required to sign a waiver along with the boarding pass prior to the flight.
  • Our driver will pick you from your hotel early in the morning
  • Pickup time for this activity fluctuates throughout the year, but you will be informed about the exact pickup time during the reservation time
  • Normally the pickup is done between 03:45-05:00 AM in the morning. However, it depends on the pickup location as well
  • Pickup must be within Dubai Hotel
  • Pickup cannot be done if the Hotel is located outside Dubai or far from the main city. In such cases, pickup can be done in a private car only if requested well on time
  • In case you want to come directly the reservation team will advise you on the location for the Hot Air Balloon ride
  • The driver will take you to the Hot Air Balloon flight area in the desert

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 72 hours: refund except (Transfer charges will apply)
  • Cancellation before 48 hours: 75% refund (25% charge)

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)
  • Cancellation from our side due to Technical snag/ Weather / ATC Permission: the company will either reschedule or refund the amount within 10-15 working days

Pick-up is usually between 3:30 AM and 4:00 AM to catch the sunrise over the desert, with the entire experience taking about 4 to 5 hours (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
Participants must be at least 7 years old, with children under 7 not allowed. Guests over 60 need to sign a waiver, and anyone over 120kg will be charged double. Pregnant guests and those over 80 are not permitted for safety reasons.

Awesome Experience

Everything was very plan and impressive, from pick-up to dropping back was very much organised. Balloon ride was amazing, such a smooth lovely flight, Sun rising scene was awesome , took upto 4000 feet altitude. Unfortunately certificate was not given, I don't know why? Captain and ground crew is very supportive, humble and cooperative. I rate as 5 star.
