Terms Conditions
- The customer must choose the exact number of experiences included in the purchased pass and follow the applicable pool or route rules.
- The same attraction cannot be selected more than once under the same pass unless JTR Holidays expressly permits it.
- Sunway Lagoon Theme Park is available only under the defined Sunway Lagoon routes in the Choose 5 and Choose 6 passes.
- PETRONAS Twin Towers is available only under the defined PETRONAS routes in the Choose 5 and Choose 6 passes.
- After an individual attraction ticket or voucher has been issued, changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the supplier's policy and may not be permitted.
- Timed-entry attractions require an available date/time before ticket issuance.
- Malaysian Resident variants are valid only for eligible travellers who can provide the required proof of residency/citizenship.
- Unused experience selections have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- JTR Holidays may offer an eligible alternative if a selected attraction becomes unavailable before ticket issuance.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled use of the pass, provided no individual attraction ticket or voucher has been issued.
- Once any attraction-specific ticket or voucher has been issued, cancellation or amendment of that selection is subject to the individual supplier's policy and may be non-refundable.
- No refund is available for used tickets, missed visits, no-shows or unused selections after the applicable validity period. If an attraction becomes unavailable before ticket issuance, JTR Holidays will assist with an eligible alternative where possible.
