- You are purchasing a pass for a fixed number of attraction selections. The eligible attraction list and selection rules depend on the pass tier booked.
- Attractions do not need to be selected during checkout. After booking, send JTR Holidays your preferred attractions, intended visit dates and required traveller details.
- Each listed product counts as one attraction selection, even when that product includes multiple experiences. For example, The TOP Penang Big Five Attraction Pass counts as one selection.
- The booking confirmation for the multi-attraction pass may not provide direct entry. Wait until JTR Holidays sends the individual attraction e-tickets or vouchers before visiting.
- Please provide your attraction selections at least 24 hours before your first intended visit. Earlier notice is recommended for attractions requiring dated or timed entry.
- All selections are subject to attraction availability, operating schedules, capacity and supplier conditions.
- Child age policies vary by attraction. Many attractions offer free admission for children under 3, but some may require a paid ticket from a younger age. If a selected attraction requires a ticket for a child below 3, it must be purchased separately. Contact JTR Holidays for assistance.
- Straits and Oriental Museum is not included as a child-pass selection unless a valid applicable child ticket is available.
- Malaysian Resident variants may require valid Malaysian identification at the attraction.
How To Redeem
- Complete your booking for the required Penang Multi Attraction Pass.
- After booking, contact JTR Holidays and provide your booking reference, chosen attractions, preferred visit dates and required traveller details.
- Make sure your selections follow the rules of your purchased pass tier.
- JTR Holidays will process the selections and send the applicable individual attraction e-tickets or vouchers.
- Present the relevant e-ticket or voucher at each attraction according to the instructions provided on that ticket.
- Do not visit an attraction using only the multi-attraction pass booking confirmation unless JTR Holidays specifically confirms that it is valid for entry.
Terms Conditions
- Customers must choose attractions according to the selection rule of the pass tier purchased.
- Selections from one attraction pool cannot be exchanged for additional selections from another pool unless approved by JTR Holidays.
- The same attraction cannot be selected more than once under the same pass unless explicitly permitted.
- Once an attraction-specific e-ticket or voucher has been issued, amendments, cancellations, replacements and refunds are subject to the individual supplier's conditions and may not be permitted.
- Attraction opening hours, operating days, maintenance closures, time slots and capacity are controlled by the individual attractions and may change without prior notice.
- Age classifications and admission eligibility are determined by each individual attraction. Where a traveller does not qualify for the booked ticket category, an additional payment or different ticket may be required.
- Malaysian Resident rates are valid only for eligible travellers who can provide acceptable Malaysian identification when requested.
- JTR Holidays is not responsible for denied admission caused by failure to present the correct attraction-specific ticket, valid identification, or compliance with an attraction's entry requirements.
- Unused attraction selections have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The TOP Penang Super Saver Adventure Fun Pass is excluded from the eligible attraction list.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled use of the pass, provided no individual attraction ticket or voucher has been issued.
- Once any attraction-specific ticket or voucher has been issued, cancellation or amendment of that selection is subject to the individual attraction's supplier policy and may be non-refundable.
- No refund is available for used tickets, missed visits, no-shows or unused attraction selections after the applicable validity period. Where an attraction is unavailable before ticket issuance, JTR Holidays will assist with an eligible alternative where possible.
