Child Adult Policy
- Participants must be aged 6 and up.
- Children aged 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children aged 13 and over are charged the same rate as adults.
- Children weighing 18kg to 23kg can tandem with the guide.

- Guests must sign a liability waiver that explains the risks of the activity.
- Only the gear provided by the operator may be used (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.).
- This is an outdoor adventure activity and runs in all weather conditions.
- Tour durations are averages and vary with group size and individual speed.
- Non-participants and spectators may watch free of charge.
- Participants must be able to hike short distances, climb stairs and have average mobility.
- Arrive at the meet-up location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
- Latecomers, no-shows and missed sessions cannot be refunded.
- No refund for guests who opt out once the session has begun.
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service, with no refund.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Bring cash, a light cover-up and bug spray.

How To Get There
- Shuttle service is not available; plan to drive or arrange your own transport.
- From Waikiki or Honolulu, the drive is about 40 to 60 minutes west, depending on traffic.
- Take H-1 West toward Kapolei and follow the signs to the park.
How To Redeem

Dress Code
- Securable, closed-toe shoes are required; athletic shoes are recommended.
- Participants with long hair must secure it back with a hair tie or similar accessory.
- Participants with dangling earrings must remove them before the zipline activity.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit to receive a refund. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Refund Processing Charges: Approximately 4% will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover payment gateway and refund transaction fees. These charges are not retained by JTR Holidays.
