Children under 99cm tall can join for free, but those 140cm and taller pay the adult rate. The tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or certain medical conditions like high blood pressure or epilepsy.
Unfortunately, this tour has a strict no cancellation, no refund, and no changes policy, so please be sure before you book.
The full-day tour runs approximately from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including island visits, the cable car ride, and water park activities (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
Personal expenses and tips are not included, and there's a holiday surcharge of 395,000 VND per person on specific dates like January 1st and mid-February, payable onsite.
