  • Please check in 15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth boarding process.
  • For public transport users, the departure point is a 5-minute walk from the Britomart Transport Centre. Walk 300 meters along Quay St towards the Viaduct Harbour.
  • If driving, the nearest parking is at the Downtown Carpark, with entry via Customs Street West (corner of Lower Hobson and Customs Street West).
