Accessibility

• Strollers are not allowed inside the building.
• Visitors can store strollers and rent baby carrier backpacks by presenting a valid ticket for the day.
• Strollers can be deposited at the Puerta del Vino locker in exchange for a baby carrier backpack (maximum weight: 12 kg).
• Alhambra offers a designated itinerary for wheelchair users.
• Wheelchairs are available for hire at the access pavilion, subject to availability.
• To rent a wheelchair, visitors must provide proof of identity and complete a form.
• Users are responsible for the proper use and return of the wheelchair.

Luggage storage

• Only bags smaller than 40×40 cm are allowed inside the building.
• Backpacks must be carried in front of the body to avoid inconveniencing other visitors or causing damage to the walls.
• Free lockers are available on-site at two locations.
• Access Pavilion: Large lockers (88 × 43.5 × 42 cm) and small lockers (43.5 × 43.5 × 42 cm).
• Puerta del Vino: Large lockers (39.5 × 70 × 48.5 cm) and small lockers (39.5 × 44.5 × 48.5 cm).
• Locker availability is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
