A Wonderful Half-Day Escape from London

Windsor Castle was absolutely beautiful and well worth the trip from London. The half-day format was perfect because we had enough time to explore without spending the entire day away from the city. The audio guide was also very useful and helped us understand the history behind what we were seeing.

Amazing Piece of British History

Really enjoyed visiting Windsor Castle. There is so much history and the State Apartments were particularly impressive. Having the audio guide made the visit much more interesting because we could learn about the different rooms and important events at our own pace.

A Must-See Outside London

If you're staying in London for a few days, I would definitely recommend adding Windsor Castle to your itinerary. The castle is incredible and the surrounding town is lovely too. The audio commentary gave us plenty of interesting information without needing to join a large guided group inside.

Beautiful from Every Angle

Windsor Castle is stunning in person. We had plenty of opportunities to take photos and explore the different areas. I especially enjoyed learning about the royal history through the audio guide.
