Child Adult Policy
- The minimum age for jet ski riding is 16 years.
- However, passengers aged 6 years and older can ride as passengers.

- Morning: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Noon: 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM
- Afternoon: 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM
- Sunset: 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM
Things To Know
- Customers are required to bring their original passport or Emirates ID.
- We provide a safety vest before you start your ride, along with a brief training session on jet ski operation.
- After receiving instructions on safety and equipment handling, you are free to ride and enjoy the breathtaking scenery and thrilling water experience.
- It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.
- JTR Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft that occurs during any of our activities.

- You may cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity to receive a full refund. (Transfer charges will apply)
- Refund requests made within 24 hours of the activity date will not be eligible for a refund.

- In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative dates or a refund.
