Sharing basis vehicle: You will need to wait at the meeting point until other guests complete dune bashing before proceeding to the camp.
Private basis vehicle: No waiting is required. A dedicated car will be provided for you and your family.

Pickup time for the Evening Desert Safari may vary depending on the season and sunset timings:

October – February: 02:00 PM – 02:30 PM
March – May: 02:30 PM – 03:00 PM
June – September: 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM

You can take as many photos as you like with your own camera or phone. A professional photo & video package can be arranged upon request.

Pregnant women, guests with back pain, neck pain, major surgeries and child below 3 years is not recommended to do the dune bashing.
However, for such guests, we have dinner in the desert option.
Effective 2nd of November 2017, every infant who will participate in Desert Safari should have a Private BABY SEAT (as per DTCM rules)
Baby seat would be charged as full ticket price as adult.

Dress Code: Modest dress and comfortable walking shoes recommended.

In case of poor weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, the tour/activity may be canceled at short notice without charges. Guests can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
The prices do not cover any loss, injuries, or personal belongings. Guests are strongly advised to have travel insurance to avoid unforeseen circumstances.
All infrastructures are owned and managed by their respective suppliers.
JTR Holidays acts only as an agent and accepts no liability for any injuries caused during tours or excursions, nor for any insurance claims afterward.

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. (Transfer charges will apply)
Late Cancellation / No Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity, or failure to show up, will incur 100% charges.
Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the same card used for booking.

The Premium Desert Safari includes dune bashing in a 4x4 Land Cruiser, camel riding, sandboarding, live entertainment like belly dancing and fire shows, plus gourmet dining and hotel pickup and drop-off.

Wear modest, comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for the desert. It’s also a good idea to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera to capture the stunning desert scenery.

Children aged 2-10 pay a child rate; infants under 2 are free but don’t have a seat during dune bashing. Pregnant women and guests with back or neck issues are not recommended to do dune bashing but can enjoy the desert dinner.
