Cancellation Policy

  • Individual bookings shall be entitled to cancel or make amendments up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to the activity
  • 48 hours Cancellation will be eligible for full refund except, transfer charges will apply
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, 75% of the booking cost will be charged
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the booking cost will be charged  
  • Group bookings of 15 and above shall be entitled to cancel or make amendments up to 5 days prior to the activity
  • In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the flight may be canceled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the client. Tour can be re-scheduled as agreed, otherwise, a refund will be issued
