Bring a valid ID if you qualify for discounts, your booking confirmation, and wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking around the Skybridge and Observation Deck. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes early to collect infant tickets onsite, if needed.
Yes, children aged 3 to 12 and adults up to 60 years are welcome, while seniors over 60 are also permitted. Infants under 3 get free admission but their tickets must be collected onsite.

The towers are open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the last admission at 8:30 PM. They are closed on most Mondays, and there’s a prayer break on Fridays from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM (subject to change — please confirm at time of booking).
The visit involves heights and walking on the Skybridge and Observation Deck, so it's not recommended for visitors with a fear of heights or mobility challenges.
